RTA - Revolutionary Talent Agency
was founded by Sebastian DiBona in March 2009 in Berlin, Germany. RTA represents scriptwriters, directors, cinematographers and actors exclusively in the German and European TV, film, and advertising markets as well as abroad.
Sebastian DiBona studied Marketing and International Management under Prof. Meffert at Westfaelische Wilhelms University of Muenster, Germany, where he graduated with the degree of Diplom-Kaufmann (M.B.A.). After working at Bertelsmann in Hamburg, Munich, and New York and at a film production company in Berlin, he became an agent for screenwriters, directors, and cinematographers in 2006.
Since November 2018, Magdalena Bargiel works as an Agent specialized in the field of Animation at RTA. She is an experienced producer with a track record of working in the international animation industry, experienced in international co-productions, fund-raising and sales. She worked as an development producer on “Loving Vincent” (Oscar, BAFTA, Golden Globes nominated, winner of European Film Awards); as an associate producer & producer of 14 short movies produced in various animation techniques; as well as an associate producer on “The Flying Machine” premiered in TIFF 2011 with worldwide distribution. She also associate produced The film “Magic Piano” featuring music by F. Chopin performed by Chinese superstar Lang Lang which was shortlisted for the Oscars 2012.
